Dr Jo de Klerk, BVetMed (Hons) MScTAH MRCVS is a graduate of the Royal Veterinary College, London. She is a published author of several books and has two dogs: a slightly nutty Springer Spaniel and a loving little Yorkshire Terrier. Find out more about Dr Jo here >>

Dr Joanna Woodnutt MRCVS

After graduating from the University of Nottingham, Dr Joanna Woodnutt MRCVS went on to work in small animal practice in the Midlands where she discovered a love for consulting. She now works as a part-time relief vet and part-time pet writer, and loves the fact she gets to deep-dive into the science behind pets much more than she ever did as a hands-on vet. Dr Ruth Cawston MA VetMB CertAVP(SAM) MRCVS

Ruth graduated from Cambridge in 2014 and has worked as a small animal GP vet ever since. She is particularly interested in internal medicine, as it combines her love of problem-solving and her somewhat geeky love of knowledge, and has completed her certificate in Small Animal Medicine. Dr Rosalind Wright BVSc MSc CCAB MRCVS

Rosalind is a practising veterinary surgeon working in a busy small animal hospital in the U.K. She has a keen interest in emergency medicine and has completed further study in this discipline. She particularly enjoys caring for critically ill patients who require intensive care and following their journey to recovery. Alongside her clinic work, Rosalind works as a telemedicine vet triaging pets in their own home. In addition, she volunteers with the charity StreetVet treating the pets of the local homeless community. Dr Emma Chandley (BVetMed MRCVS PGCertSAS)

Emma graduated from the Royal Vet College in London in 2011. She has a keen interest in surgery and went on to do a post graduate certificate in small animal surgery and was then awarded advanced practitioner status in the same discipline. Find out more about Dr Emma here >>

Ellen Marcinkiewicz

Ellen is an Australian vet who is currently combining her love of writing with traveling and working across the UK as a relief vet. Ellen graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2012 and is passionate about all things small animal health. Since graduating she has worked in clinical practice, including at a university teaching hospital in New Zealand. Ellen is currently based in Somerset and in her free time enjoys yoga, reading, travel, and modern calligraphy! Find out more about Ellen here >>
