- Preheat your oven to 250F/120C
- Wash and dry your sweet potatoes
- Thinly slice them, lengthwise
- Lay the slices out on an oven dish and bake for 3hrs, turning them halfway through.
- Once you’re all done with the baking, just put them in the fridge or the freezer to prevent them from getting mouldy.
